From 2005 to 2010, our company operated the Prosperity restaurant within the Green Zone for Gulf Catering Company (GCC) in cooperation with KPR from 2005 to 2010.
In its first phase (February-August 2005), the project included the provision of ready-made meals and full operational arrangements to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently in a sensitive operational environment that requires strict adherence to quality and discipline.
Work carried out during the first phase (February-August 2005):
- Prepare 250 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Setting up a 350-person dining camp
- Installing an integrated kitchen with all its operational equipment
Site preparation materials (Contract Addendum):
- Meat and frozen items of all kinds
- Dry and canned goods
- Refrigerated items (dairy and eggs)
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Disposable materials
- Provide the site with a garbage compactor
- Provide two 10,000-liter potable water tanks
